Two bedroom detached house in a quiet area, gated community in Orihuela Costa.
On the first floor, living room/dining room, kitchen, toilet. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom/toilet. Balcony next to the second bedroom, two chairs on the balcony. Access to the roof terrace with two sun loungers from the third floor. The condominium has a shared swimming pool, children’s pool and jacuzzi. Shower in the pool.

Large private yard area. Garden furniture in the front yard, pergola in the backyard with a dining set for six. In the backyard, the possibility to store the car behind lockable gates. Also available are two bicycles and three right-handed golf sets for beginners.

Next to the apartment, e.g. a Chinese restaurant, a small market, the nearest ATM and a tapas bar.

There are good cycling routes along the nearby canal all the way to the city of Orihuela.

Within about an hour’s drive, there is a lot to see, e.g. Sights of Alicante, Elche, Murcia, Orihuela and Caratega.
