Atico apartment on the top floor of a five-story apartment building in the city center, with one bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom and a large west-facing balcony where you can spend time, read and sunbathe. Outdoor furniture and sun loungers + shades are available. The stairwell of the house has a walkway and a handrail next to the outside stairs, which make it easier to walk. And of course there is also an elevator available. Almost everywhere can be reached on foot and services such as shops, the beach, restaurants, eateries and cafes are close by. The nearest health center and pharmacy are also a short distance away. Similarly, the karaoke and dance places favored by Finns can be found nearby. And it’s not a long way to the bus or bus station either, if you want to travel further afield by public transport. A good and cozy apartment for vacations.

Summer and winter rent: €575/month, €470/3 weeks, €370/2 weeks or €265/week.
Electricity according to consumption (0.32 eur/kWh), advance 30 eur/week.
Water €9/week.
