Winter rent (October – May) 790 eur/month, 650 eur/3 weeks, 560 eur/2 weeks or 390 eur/week.

Summer rent (June-September) 390 eur/week.

Water 9 eur/week. Electricity according to consumption (0.32 eur/kWh), advance 30 eur/week.
